Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, write, execute and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (JavaScript) and Selenium
• ▹Establish and continuously improve SQA processes and testing standards
• ▹Define modular testing strategies across the full SDLC: unit, integration, system, e2e, edge case and release testing
• ▹Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitLab, Bitbucket)
• ▹Perform functional API testing and automate API contract verification with tools like Postman
• ▹Perform database testing and data state verification using SQL
• ▹Document software bugs with detailed logs, reproduction steps and root cause analysis
• ▹Align testing strategies with security standards such as OWASP
• ▹Conduct technical discovery sessions with client stakeholders
• ▹Translate QA concepts and automation architectures into clear narratives for stakeholders
• ▹Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations of test suites and QA dashboards to clients

Requirements

• ▹Bilingual professional fluency in German and English
• ▹Experience designing and maintaining automated test suites with Playwright and Selenium
• ▹Experience with CI/CD and DevOps environments, primarily GitLab CI, GitLab and Bitbucket
• ▹Experience with functional API testing and tools like Postman
• ▹Experience with SQL-based database testing and data verification
• ▹Experience with defect tracking, documentation and root cause analysis
• ▹Understanding of security testing principles such as OWASP
