Lead Hybrid QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and mentor a development team
• ▹Drive the testing lifecycle from requirements to deployment
• ▹Conduct code reviews and give feedback
• ▹Write test plans/cases and produce test reports
• ▹Create automated web/mobile/API test cases
• ▹Improve the CI pipeline
• ▹Develop automated tests and test frameworks

Requirements

• ▹4+ years in a relevant role
• ▹8+ years of software testing experience
• ▹2+ years in a leadership role (mentoring, performance reviews)
• ▹Understanding of testing types (unit, integration, regression, performance, API)
• ▹Web/Android/iOS and API manual testing experience
• ▹Strong Python skills
• ▹Knowledge of relational databases (preferably MySQL)
• ▹Mobile test automation experience (Android and iOS)

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB)
• ▹BS/MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• ▹Docker and Kubernetes experience
• ▹Familiarity with Jira/Jenkins
