AI Pipeline Developer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop LLM-based AI pipelines to secure a 100% efficiency gain in code development over two years
• ▹Experiment with various LLMs and review their performance
• ▹Conduct end-user interviews to identify improvement opportunities
• ▹Develop prototypes and, in case of positive results, productize and integrate them into CI workflows

Requirements

• ▹BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• ▹Experience with AI pipelines, LLM RAG, embedding models, vector databases and knowledge graphs
• ▹Experience in software development practices
• ▹Experience creating advanced software architectures, redesign and refactoring
• ▹Good command of English
• ▹Ability to foster collaboration across organizational boundaries and with external parties
• ▹Proven ability to balance conflicting priorities
• ▹Self-driven personality with bias to action and decision-making
• ▹Excellent presentation skills

Nice to have

• ▹Scientific publications are an advantage
