Quantitative Developer – Global Capital Markets

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with GCM stakeholders, strategists and controllers globally to develop metrics that provide actionable business insights and automate processes
• ▹Engineer reporting solutions, including data feeds, data storage optimization and metric calculations
• ▹Design, build and support business-facing tools and analytics solutions, including client targeting, management reporting and automated content generation
• ▹Design and build a secure and efficient system architecture

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering or Finance/Economics) with software development experience
• ▹At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in a programming or quantitative role
• ▹Strong programming skills in at least one general purpose language (Python, C++, Java, JavaScript), experience with distributed computing environments
• ▹Knowledge of system design patterns and experience in system architecture
• ▹Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot or other LLMs)
• ▹Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to build trusted partnerships across a global organization and all seniority levels
• ▹Strong time management skills, able to work on simultaneous items across multiple stakeholders with short lead times
