Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams
• ▹Gather, analyze, and spec out requirements, managing product deliverables
• ▹Design and build scalable, AI-driven products addressing real-world problems
• ▹Stay current with the latest technical advancements, particularly in AI and LLMs
• ▹Build company-wide applications addressing colleagues' everyday problems, working with a broad range of teams

Requirements

• ▹Strong programming skills, preferably in Python
• ▹Exceptional analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems
• ▹Thorough understanding of how AI works, with familiarity with language models
• ▹Understanding of vector databases and other relevant data structures
• ▹Working knowledge of databases and messaging technologies (SQL, Redis, Kafka) is a plus
• ▹Excellent communication skills in English
• ▹Mature, thoughtful, collaborative, team-oriented attitude
• ▹Strong delivery mindset, drive to get things done
• ▹Experience in finance is not required
