IT Service Desk Analyst (Remote, German, French)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tech tools/products
• ▹First-level technical support
• ▹Provide prompt responses to questions from employees and client sites
• ▹Document problems and build a knowledge database
• ▹Provide hardware migration teams with information and appropriate reports/lists
• ▹Participate in process improvement activities
• ▹Consult with IT experts when the appropriate course of action is unclear

Requirements

• ▹Language skills: fluent German and English, French is a big advantage
• ▹Technical skills are a plus
• ▹Strong problem solving/analytical abilities
• ▹Good communication skills
• ▹Attention to detail and ability to multi-task across clients
• ▹Ability to work independently while following direction and best practices
• ▹Planning and organizing skills
• ▹Team player and supportive personality
• ▹Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
