Responsibilities

• ▹Work in an agile team in close collaboration with analysts and subject-matter specialists, continuously delivering value
• ▹Share responsibility with the team for the quality of the code produced
• ▹Develop components that serve as the backbone for integrations and e-services, making healthcare more connected and efficient

Requirements

• ▹At least 180 ECTS credits (~3 years) of higher education in IT, software or programming (must be completed before starting)
• ▹Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, e.g. Java or a similar language
• ▹Understanding of version control
• ▹Awareness of different types of software testing and secure software development
• ▹Knowledge of web development and/or backend principles
• ▹Understanding and use of basic data structures such as lists, queues, stacks, hash tables, trees and graphs
• ▹Ability to solve technical and computational problems through programming, and to justify choices of algorithms and data structures

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with technologies/tools such as Java, SQL, Git, Linux, modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vue)
• ▹Understanding of microservice architecture, REST, OCI containers and Kubernetes
• ▹Awareness of different types of software testing and secure software development
• ▹Experience from an internship, summer job or thesis project in software development
