Junior System Technician (Data Center)

Responsibilities

• ▹Join the team responsible for the central Windows platforms
• ▹Operate on-prem infrastructure: Windows Server, AD, DNS, MS Exchange, MS SQL, supporting development teams
• ▹Set up and manage cloud-based services and servers in MS Azure and Office 365
• ▹Build secure solutions and manage security updates, including email security
• ▹Work in an agile way with sprints, providing 3rd-line support within the team

Requirements

• ▹Post-secondary or vocational education in IT infrastructure or IT security
• ▹Strong interest in IT infrastructure and IT security

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge and experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft-based infrastructure (client, Windows Server, MS Azure, Office 365)
