Responsibilities

• ▹Operate on-premises Windows Server, AD, DNS, MS Exchange, MS SQL and other Microsoft-based services
• ▹Provide application server and DBA support to development teams
• ▹Handle monitoring and automation
• ▹Set up and manage cloud-based services and servers in MS Azure and Office 365
• ▹Build secure solutions and manage ongoing security updates
• ▹Manage security of incoming and outgoing email traffic
• ▹Work in an agile setup with sprints and shared 3rd-line support

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of documented experience with Microsoft-based solutions in an IT department or as a consultant
• ▹Post-secondary or vocational education in IT infrastructure or IT security, or equivalent experience
• ▹Good knowledge of server infrastructure for installing, operating and maintaining Microsoft-based services
• ▹Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting and support

• ▹MS SQL knowledge in a DBA role
