Technical Development Lead / Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the development team's daily work and create clarity around technical choices and priorities
• ▹Own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap together with architects and senior developers
• ▹Translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions, balancing new development against maintenance and technical debt
• ▹Follow up on deliveries from consultants and manage dependencies, risks, and commitments across teams
• ▹Drive modern ways of working in development, testing, CI/CD, integrations, and DevOps
• ▹Ensure security and accessibility are a natural part of the development work
• ▹Contribute to an open team climate where developers can grow, share knowledge, and influence technical decisions

Requirements

• ▹Relevant academic education, e.g. systems science, computer science, informatics, industrial engineering, or equivalent, or other education and work experience deemed equivalent
• ▹Current, closely related experience leading the development and maintenance of large, complex, business-critical systems
• ▹Strong technical understanding of architecture, system design, integrations, and security
• ▹Experience leading teams within technical development
• ▹Good Swedish and English skills
