Responsibilities

• ▹Provide user support in a hybrid Microsoft environment, with daily contact by phone and scheduled drop-in sessions
• ▹Administer user accounts, passwords and permissions, and support smart-card login and other authentication solutions
• ▹Help users with VPN connections, and troubleshoot and fix issues on Windows clients
• ▹Handle fault reports and warranty cases with suppliers
• ▹Provide system support for Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• ▹Troubleshoot email issues and administer functional mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange
• ▹Help users find, access and manage files and folders on local file servers and cloud-based collaboration spaces
• ▹Support ordering and management of computers and software
• ▹Take part in license and service administration and internal billing
• ▹Contribute to continuous development of the IT support function
• ▹Hold focal-point (2nd line support) responsibility in areas matching your interests and skills

Requirements

• ▹Completed secondary education with an IT focus, or equivalent work experience deemed comparable
• ▹At least 3-5 years of experience in IT support or service desk work in an M365 environment with at least 400 users
• ▹Experience in both 1st and 2nd line support and structured troubleshooting
• ▹Good knowledge of client management in an MS Windows environment
