Systems Technician, Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage and further develop Microsoft 365 services
• ▹Technical administration, troubleshooting and optimization of the platform
• ▹Automation and efficiency improvements using PowerShell and Power Platform
• ▹Participate in projects, rollouts and development of new features
• ▹Work closely with the business to create value
• ▹Contribute to security, structure and governance within M365
• ▹Provide technical support for other on-prem and SaaS services as part of a team responsible for the municipality's overall IT environment

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience as a systems technician or in a similar role
• ▹At least a couple of years of practical experience operating Microsoft 365
• ▹Good knowledge of several of the following: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Purview, PowerShell, Windows Server, IIS, SQL
