Responsibilities

• ▹Build product across the stack, working closely with design and product to plan, architect, and implement the core product
• ▹Build a technical foundation that is flexible and adapts to a wide variety of product needs
• ▹Grow the team by attracting, closing, and developing talented teammates
• ▹Build a brand-new modeling experience that captures learnings from past years
• ▹Build realtime collaboration tools like git-style branching, comments, and user presence
• ▹Scale the frontend to support a fluid UX backed by millions of rows of customer data
• ▹Develop AI features that take the tedium out of modeling and help customers understand their businesses
• ▹Build best-in-class data visualization and analysis tools customers can proudly share with investors and employees

Requirements

• ▹An ownership mindset: understanding customer problems, finding the best path forward, and owning solutions
• ▹5+ years of professional fullstack engineering experience (staff-level experience is a plus)
• ▹A track record of building high-quality products fast
• ▹A growth mindset and drive for continuous improvement
• ▹A collaborative approach working with PM, design, CX, sales, marketing, and users

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working on or leading development of a large web application
• ▹Expertise in React and TypeScript
• ▹Previous experience as a founder or at startups
• ▹Interest in taking developer tooling further, including adopting cutting-edge AI tech
• ▹Experience building product infrastructure, e.g. Vercel
