Responsibilities

• ▹Own the Product Backlog (maintenance, prioritization, refinement)
• ▹Translate requirements from business departments and stakeholders into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• ▹Ensure continuous flow of value in a Kanban or agile working environment
• ▹Work closely with development teams, especially in the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. M365, Azure)
• ▹Actively steer and moderate stakeholders across various levels of the organization
• ▹Support the definition and evolution of the product vision and roadmap
• ▹Integrate and further develop AI-based features in the product (e.g. Copilot, LLM-based features)
• ▹Collaborate with UX, data and engineering to continuously improve the user experience
• ▹Ensure the quality, usability and business impact of delivered features

Requirements

• ▹Based in Germany
• ▹Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a comparable software role
• ▹Comfortable working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
• ▹Experience steering and prioritizing backlogs
• ▹Know-how in the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Microsoft-based application development)
• ▹Ability to translate business requirements into clear, technically feasible work packages
• ▹Experience in stakeholder management, including confident engagement at management/board level
• ▹Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in German (C2) and English
