System Administrator

Responsibilities

• ▹Day-to-day support of the branch's full IT environment
• ▹Repair, installation, and decommissioning of equipment in the Győr region and occasionally nationwide
• ▹Diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on issued devices
• ▹Installing and configuring new or upgraded software and hardware components
• ▹Keeping documentation up to date

Requirements

• ▹Knowledge of Windows (especially Win11) desktop OS and Office applications
• ▹Basic knowledge of Windows domain topology (DNS, Active Directory, etc.)
• ▹Basic networking knowledge (switch, router, TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.)
• ▹Valid category B driving licence, driving experience, and willingness to travel
• ▹Secondary or higher education in IT
• ▹Experience in user IT support or system administration roles
• ▹Experience handling hardware devices (laptop, printer, mobile phone)
• ▹Customer-oriented, user-friendly approach and good communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹IT operations experience in banking or a large enterprise environment
• ▹Familiarity with ticketing systems
