Application Operations Specialist I

Responsibilities

• ▹Supervise production systems, perform daily scheduling activities
• ▹Handle incidents and problems
• ▹Deploy business releases, including planned, out-of-cycle and emergency releases
• ▹Create and maintain operational documentation
• ▹Contribute to creating and testing the backup and disaster recovery (DR) plan
• ▹Collaborate with application developers and testers
• ▹Automate tasks and procedures
• ▹Work independently and proactively

Requirements

• ▹Relevant higher education degree or equivalent professional experience
• ▹Commitment to learning the latest Microsoft Cloud CRM technologies used in a multi-country banking environment
• ▹Knowledge of operating on-premise and cloud-based applications, or openness to learning it
• ▹Flexible, growth-oriented, motivating personality
• ▹Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
• ▹English proficiency sufficient to understand professional documentation in English

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of sales-support applications, primarily Microsoft CRM and PowerApps
• ▹Experience on a Microsoft CRM project
• ▹Development or operations experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• ▹Knowledge of application operations processes
