Responsibilities

• ▹Bridge the business side and data science, advising clients on data-driven use cases
• ▹Analyze and optimize business processes and organizational structures
• ▹Identify client-specific use cases
• ▹Develop machine learning models, prototypes, and proofs of concept
• ▹Optimize, evaluate, and implement machine learning models together with the data scientists

Requirements

• ▹Completed studies in (business) mathematics, computer science, data science, or similar - or a business degree with strong interest in machine learning
• ▹Experience in strategy development, process optimization, or organizational development
• ▹Ability to present solutions to target audiences in a clear and convincing way
• ▹Programming experience (ideally in Python with NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter)
• ▹Familiar with data-analysis and machine learning concepts, with experience in ML frameworks (e.g. Keras, TensorFlow) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP)
• ▹Entrepreneurial mindset, strong technical and analytical skills
• ▹Fluent German (at least C1 level)
