Minijob IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Primary point of contact for colleagues' IT questions, providing first-level support for hardware and software issues
• ▹Forward more complex issues to the external IT service provider and support the implementation of proposed solutions
• ▹Prepare Windows and Mac devices for new employees, and ensure proper data deletion when staff leave
• ▹Manage IT hardware, support inventory, documentation, and upkeep, and keep track of all devices in use
• ▹Ensure notebooks and accessories are always ready for use
• ▹Document solutions, IT processes, and frequent requests, actively building out the internal knowledge base

Requirements

• ▹8-10 hours a week available, ideally on 2-3 fixed days per week
• ▹Demonstrable interest in IT, technology, and digital solutions
• ▹Initial hands-on experience with IT systems, first-level support, or device management
• ▹Independent, structured, and reliable way of working, solution-oriented rather than problem-focused
• ▹Confident communication in German and English

Nice to have

• ▹IT-related studies (e.g. computer science, business informatics)
• ▹A technical hobby or a career change into IT
