Responsibilities

• ▹Support and coach several cross-functional Scrum teams
• ▹Facilitate all relevant Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective)
• ▹Foster self-organization, transparency and a culture of continuous improvement within the teams
• ▹Help team members grow toward an agile way of working
• ▹Identify and remove impediments at both team and organizational level
• ▹Contribute to the further development of the agile organization
• ▹Work closely with Product Owners, management and other stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and reporting
• ▹Participate in the agile Community of Practice and help develop standards and best practices

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, economics or a comparable qualification
• ▹Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable agile role, ideally supporting multiple teams in parallel
• ▹Solid knowledge of agile methods and frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, ideally SAFe or LeSS
• ▹Experience with agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and understanding of software development processes
• ▹Very good German and good English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Recognized Scrum certification (CSM or PSM)
• ▹Agile Coaching qualification
