Responsibilities

• ▹Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• ▹Coach teams and stakeholders in agile principles and Scrum methodology
• ▹Identify and remove obstacles that affect the team's delivery capability
• ▹Support backlog management and prioritization together with the product owner
• ▹Ensure transparency around progress, capacity, and delivery status
• ▹Drive continuous improvement initiatives and increase agile maturity
• ▹Manage dependencies, risks, and coordination between teams and stakeholders
• ▹Foster collaboration between business, product management, development, and analytics functions

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in software or digital product development
• ▹Excellent knowledge of Scrum and agile ways of working
• ▹Experience supporting cross-functional development teams
• ▹Documented coaching and change-leadership experience in agile organizations
• ▹Experience with stakeholder management and collaboration between technology and business
• ▹Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery planning in complex environments
• ▹Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• ▹Very good communication skills in English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience from data-driven product teams
• ▹Experience with digital services, analytics platforms, or user-centered products
• ▹Experience in scaled agile organizations
• ▹Knowledge of product development, UX, or product discovery
• ▹Experience with hybrid or distributed teams
