Responsibilities

• ▹Take overall responsibility for operative planning, control, and monitoring of project progress
• ▹Coordinate technical implementation work, ensure the professional quality of results
• ▹Organize and lead project teams, define goals, milestones, and work packages
• ▹Handle ongoing project reporting and controlling
• ▹Regularly align with internal and external stakeholders, lead steering committee meetings, including at management or C-level
• ▹Leverage SAP module know-how and business process optimization experience for clients
• ▹Maintain overview across complex, parallel projects using project management methods (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile)

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree, ideally in business informatics, informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
• ▹Several years of professional experience in project management of IT or software projects
• ▹Excellent communication and presentation skills
• ▹Team-oriented, motivates staff through technical leadership and role modeling
• ▹Flexibility and travel readiness, including regular travel and on-site support of international projects

Nice to have

• ▹PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
