Experienced Infrastructure Support Technician

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical assistance and support for client infrastructures
• ▹Qualify and prioritize incoming incidents
• ▹Diagnose, handle and resolve incidents
• ▹Contribute to continuous service improvement
• ▹Update technical information and client configurations
• ▹Produce activity reporting

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of experience in IT support or systems/network administration
• ▹Knowledge of office, systems, server, storage and network environments
• ▹Good diagnostic and technical analysis skills
• ▹Service orientation, rigor, curiosity, team spirit
• ▹Comfortable communicating in writing and verbally with users
• ▹Familiarity with the technology environment: VMware, Hyper-V, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Datacore, Nutanix, VSAN, Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Veeam Backup
