Everience, an international consulting group, is looking for an IT customer support specialist to help users by phone, email, and chat. After training you'll troubleshoot office software, Windows, Outlook, internet, and hardware issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

▹Provide accurate and optimal IT solutions via phone, email, or chat
▹After training, troubleshoot various issues (office software, Windows, Outlook, internet, specific applications, hardware)
▹Assist in resolving customer and support issues to ensure customer satisfaction
▹Follow up on the existing backlog
▹Comply with the project's performance indicators
▹Communicate with other designated teams and escalate complex issues

Requirements

▹Fluent French and English (B2/C1)
▹Excellent customer service abilities: client orientation, active listening, interpersonal skills
▹Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask
▹Availability to work in shifts
