Responsibilities

• ▹Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit
• ▹Analyze data to support business teams in making data-driven decisions
• ▹Present findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to non-technical colleagues
• ▹Recognize and define requirements to enhance operational and analytical dashboards
• ▹Identify opportunities to build models and tools that surface healthcare inefficiencies
• ▹Own stakeholder relationships with managers and senior managers to track initiative impact

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports
• ▹2+ years of experience working with large datasets with a structured, systematic thought process
• ▹Strong communication skills, demonstrated by 5+ examples of presenting analysis to Director+ leadership
• ▹2+ years of SQL experience, filtering, aggregating, and building CTEs
• ▹2+ years of experience building robust data models
• ▹1+ years of experience with Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, nested IF, connected Sheets)
• ▹1+ years of experience developing dashboards with Looker or other BI/visualization tools

Nice to have

• ▹Experience using Python or R
• ▹2+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance
• ▹Exposure to healthcare contract negotiations, risk adjustment, ACA marketplace, quality of care
• ▹Prior experience in Member Relations or Customer Success
• ▹Building data models in dbt
• ▹Building reports in Looker Studio Pro
• ▹Git workflows
