Responsibilities

• ▹Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit as first point of contact for senior managers
• ▹Analyze data to support data-driven business decisions
• ▹Present findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to non-technical audiences
• ▹Define requirements to enhance operational and analytical dashboards
• ▹Identify opportunities for models and tools that surface healthcare inefficiencies
• ▹Collaborate across the organization and own stakeholder relationships
• ▹Support other strategic projects as needed

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience with analytical tools and report writing
• ▹3+ years working with large datasets and structured analytical thinking
• ▹Strong communication skills, including presenting to Director+ level leadership
• ▹3+ years of SQL (filtering, aggregating, CTEs), or R/Python with Pandas and statistical tests
• ▹3+ years building dashboards with Looker or similar BI tools
• ▹3+ years of advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills
• ▹1+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, finance, or insurance

Nice to have

• ▹2+ years preparing healthcare analytics and reporting
• ▹2+ years managing value-based contracts (ACO, CIN, MSO)
• ▹Exposure to healthcare contract negotiations, risk adjustment, ACA marketplace, quality of care
