Digital Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Designing the architecture of digital channels (mobile, web, self-service), mapping user journeys onto backend processes (e.g. ordering, plan changes, top-up, fault reporting)
• ▹Designing synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns
• ▹Translating business requirements into technical requirements and supporting implementation during development
• ▹Designing API and integration solutions for BSS/OSS systems (Product Catalog, CRM, Billing, Order Management) applying industry standards and patterns
• ▹Designing the connections between frontend and backend systems, ensuring API-based operation and data flow
• ▹Creating API specifications and technical documentation
• ▹Defining the boundaries of responsibility between frontend and BSS, and designing state management and session logic for complex digital processes
• ▹Architecting scalability, performance, and security requirements for digital channels, defining the application of observability principles
• ▹Collaborating with architects to ensure consistency of the target architecture

Requirements

• ▹Higher education degree (IT or electrical engineering)
• ▹5-10 years of relevant professional experience
• ▹Active English language skills
• ▹Procurement experience in a multinational environment
• ▹Precise, accurate, independent work
• ▹Creativity and an innovative mindset
• ▹Systems thinking and good organizational skills
• ▹Teamwork
• ▹Excellent negotiation skills, strong written and verbal communication
• ▹MS Office user knowledge, especially Excel
