L2 - Collaboration & Tenant Platform Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Resolve major and complex incidents
• ▹Drive root-cause analysis and durable fixes
• ▹Administer the collaboration tenant/platform configuration to ensure security, compliance and consistent service quality
• ▹Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings, Entra ID access controls, Zoom, Adobe Admin Console and Apple Business Manager

Requirements

• ▹Intermediate administration of Microsoft 365 Collaboration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
• ▹Operational Entra ID administration (users, groups, licenses, RBAC; awareness of Conditional Access)
• ▹Basic administration of Zoom, Adobe Admin Console and ABM
• ▹Basic PowerShell and scripting usage for operational tasks
• ▹1-5 years in Microsoft 365 collaboration or platform administration/support
• ▹Experience in Level-2 operations, incident/request handling and standard change execution
• ▹ITIL Foundation mindset, security awareness, structured and reliable execution
• ▹English: professional working proficiency
• ▹French B2 minimum OR Italian B2 minimum

• ▹SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
• ▹ITIL v4 Foundation
• ▹MS-700 (Teams Administrator)
