L3 - Collaboration & Tenant Platform Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Resolve major and complex incidents
• ▹Drive root-cause analysis and durable fixes
• ▹Administer the collaboration tenant/platform configuration to ensure security, compliance and consistent service quality
• ▹Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings, Entra ID access controls, Zoom, Adobe Admin Console and Apple Business Manager

Requirements

• ▹Expert Microsoft 365 Collaboration: Teams (meetings/voice), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
• ▹Strong Identity and Access fundamentals: Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC)
• ▹Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, structured troubleshooting, excellent documentation habits
• ▹ITIL practices: incident, problem and change management, RCA mindset, stakeholder communication
• ▹Zoom Admin and Adobe Admin Console
• ▹English: at least B1 level

Nice to have

• ▹PIM
• ▹Okta/SSO concepts (SAML/OIDC)
• ▹Apple Business Manager (ABM)
• ▹French or Italian
