• ▹Lead the team in roadmapping and executing significant features and products, keeping a high technical bar while making pragmatic tradeoffs
• ▹Improve the pace of execution through leadership and technical expertise
• ▹Grow the team: identify needs, decide how to evaluate candidates and hire high-impact people
• ▹Improve reliability: fewer incidents, catching issues before customers do, strong incident management hygiene
• ▹Foster the growth and motivation of team members
• ▹Personalization and product recommendation: choosing the most relevant content for each user
• ▹Probabilistic identity resolution: stitching datasets together to decide which profiles belong to the same user or household
• ▹Content generation with LLMs: text, images and creatives for marketers
• ▹Build ML infrastructure for model training and inference at scale
