Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to accelerate the roadmap and land impact faster
• ▹Collaborate with other teams on cross-cutting engineering initiatives and shared product primitives
• ▹Mentor engineers, assigning tasks and helping them grow
• ▹Make effective tradeoffs across business priorities, user experience, and technical sustainability
• ▹Build purchasing, trial, and renewal experiences, self-serve upgrade paths, and checkout flows (Expansion team)
• ▹Rethink the downmarket audit experience in the AI era with applied AI personalization (Activation team)

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of full stack experience with backend emphasis
• ▹Experience leading small teams of engineers to deliver impactful projects
