Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects on the government product line
• ▹Design and build new product capabilities and compliance workflows
• ▹Partner with adjacent engineering teams on shared infrastructure
• ▹Drive technical initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market
• ▹Contribute to building the engineering culture

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of industry experience
• ▹Strong systems thinking and platform architecture skills
• ▹Comfortable in early-stage, fast-changing environments
• ▹Strong product mindset and delivery focus
• ▹Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthcare)
• ▹FedRAMP or government domain experience
