Senior Program Manager, Security Engineering

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and manage Kong Cybersecurity Programs across OCISO
• ▹Establish, develop, and track KPIs
• ▹Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize solutions
• ▹Present complex technical challenges and resolutions to leadership
• ▹Stay current on regulatory and industry standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53)
• ▹Build risk mitigation and contingency planning strategies
• ▹Demonstrate ownership and autonomy in managing programs

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• ▹5+ years of experience in cloud risk management, cybersecurity, or related fields
• ▹5+ years in a Technical Program Manager or similar role
• ▹Experience working on an Information Security or Cybersecurity team
• ▹Strong program and project management skills, understanding of security/audit frameworks (SOC 2, PCI, ISO, FedRAMP)
• ▹Ability to bridge Product, Engineering, and Architecture
• ▹Technical credibility in infrastructure, cloud, and network security

Nice to have

• ▹CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CGEIT, PMP certifications
