Senior Service Owner Network and Connect

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure delivery of application and infrastructure services within the agreed service levels, and plan demand, capacity and costs for the Network and Connect service
• ▹Promote interdisciplinary collaboration between rku.it divisions for holistic, service- and customer-oriented work
• ▹Ensure the delivered service meets customer requirements (SLA-compliant performance) and take care of monitoring and reporting
• ▹Identify and implement service improvements and contribute to strategic planning by proposing ways to expand the service portfolio
• ▹Provide technical guidance and support to employees and drive skill development at individual and organizational level
• ▹Take part in personnel decisions by defining professional goals and giving input for performance reviews

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• ▹At least 5 years of professional experience in IT service management or related fields
• ▹Extensive market knowledge of IT service management, enabling you to develop and implement an effective IT service strategy
• ▹Extensive knowledge of network and security services for internal IT and site connectivity
• ▹Strong organizational skills and efficient, structured way of working
• ▹Excellent communication skills, clear and convincing feedback
• ▹Leadership competence: supporting individuals, removing disruptions, setting frameworks while leaving room for new ideas and professional growth
