Partner Success Engineer (Infrastructure)

Deepgram, the leading Voice AI platform, is hiring a Partner Success Engineer to own a portfolio of infrastructure partners (silicon, hardware, cloud, and inference platforms), driving joint technical validation through to go-to-market and channel growth.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Serve as technical advisor and strategic owner for a portfolio of strategic infrastructure partners
  • ▹Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion, advocacy
  • ▹Drive joint adoption through demos, workshops, deployment architecture guidance, and benchmarking
  • ▹Lead joint technical validation: scope and run POCs proving Deepgram on partner infrastructure (self-hosted, on-prem, air-gapped, edge)
  • ▹Identify and scope expansion (cross-sell, upsell, co-sell) with Sales
  • ▹Lead executive business reviews and joint planning sessions
  • ▹Support joint go-to-market and co-marketing with Marketing
  • ▹Operate AI-first, building tools and agents that eliminate recurring work

Requirements

  • ▹Significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles (TAM, sales/solutions/deployment engineering, partner CS), roughly 7+ years
  • ▹Track record blending partner/customer ownership with technical depth (solution design, troubleshooting, commercial growth)
  • ▹Hands-on experience running demos, POCs, or workshops with enterprise partners/customers
  • ▹Fluency with APIs, integrations, and developer workflows
  • ▹Working understanding of deployment/infrastructure: containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/Helm), GPU/accelerator inference
  • ▹Demonstrated success identifying and landing expansion in complex enterprise/partner accounts
  • ▹Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel business models

Nice to have

  • ▹Something the candidate has built (tool, agent, script, workflow) that permanently eliminated recurring work
  • ▹Experience engaging both executive (CIO/CTO) and developer-level stakeholders
