Responsibilities

▹Lead, motivate, and continuously develop a four-person IT team
▹Develop and implement a future-oriented IT strategy focused on digitalization, cloud, and information security
▹Advise management on strategic and operational IT topics
▹Ensure stable and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications
▹Lead and implement IT projects with budget, time, and resource planning
▹Analyze, optimize, and standardize IT processes
▹Ensure IT security, data protection compliance, and disaster/risk management

Requirements

▹Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable qualification
▹Several years of professional experience in IT, with solid knowledge of modern IT infrastructures and processes
▹Strong technical understanding and ability to successfully manage strategic and operational IT topics
▹Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills

Nice to have

▹Initial leadership experience (not required but a plus)
