IT Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead, motivate, and continuously develop a four-person IT team
• ▹Develop and implement a future-oriented IT strategy focused on digitalization, cloud, and information security
• ▹Advise management on strategic and operational IT topics
• ▹Ensure stable and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications
• ▹Lead and implement IT projects with budget, time, and resource planning
• ▹Analyze, optimize, and standardize IT processes
• ▹Ensure IT security, data protection compliance, and disaster/risk management

Requirements

• ▹Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable qualification
• ▹Several years of professional experience in IT, with solid knowledge of modern IT infrastructures and processes
• ▹Strong technical understanding and ability to successfully manage strategic and operational IT topics
• ▹Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Initial leadership experience (not required but a plus)
