Technical Customer Support Agent - French speaking

Responsibilities

• ▹Support direct customers, distributors and resellers in the EMEA region with technical and business inquiries by phone, email or chat
• ▹Become an educator: train direct customers and resellers using technical expertise of Formlabs printers
• ▹Help resellers deliver outstanding service to their customers
• ▹Collaborate with the global engineering team to solve technical issues

Requirements

• ▹Business-fluent in written and spoken French and English
• ▹Able to quickly resolve technical issues (technical training provided)
• ▹Enjoys connecting with people, a great listener
• ▹Comfortable and conscientious on the phone
• ▹Exceptional writing skills with proper spelling and grammar

Nice to have

• ▹Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
• ▹Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
