IT Project Lead – Portal Solutions & Shop Systems

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage the digital portal and its online services
• ▹Take responsibility for the conception, selection, and rollout of online services (project lead) as the central point of contact
• ▹Steer the introduction and further development of services
• ▹Manage the service portal and the pmPayment e-payment solution
• ▹Advise departments on process digitalization together with internal and external partners
• ▹Challenge existing processes and implement modern digital solutions

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT training (e.g. IT systems integration specialist) or comparable qualification
• ▹Experience in project and process management
• ▹Experience implementing and managing application systems (portal solutions, shop systems, and/or customer self-service systems)
• ▹Very good German and English skills
