IT Project Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Independently plan, manage, and implement client projects (e.g. software rollouts, data migrations, system extensions)
• ▹Advise clients on the design and optimal configuration of IT and software solutions
• ▹Coordinate all project phases from planning to go-live, including technical setup (Azure environments, SIP trunks), system testing, and training
• ▹Perform configuration work within the deployed software solutions
• ▹Define, document, and ensure acceptance criteria
• ▹Hand over production systems to support with complete project documentation

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT studies or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• ▹Hands-on experience in IT project management, ideally in a software or implementation environment
• ▹Solid understanding of software implementations and system configuration
• ▹Experience delivering client projects and technical solutions
• ▹Very good German and good English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure), VoIP/SIP, or IT infrastructure
