Service Manager for Banking and Finance – Stockholm

Responsibilities

• ▹Take responsibility for the maintenance and ongoing delivery of systems and applications
• ▹Ensure stability, availability, quality and continuity of service delivery
• ▹Coordinate and prioritize activities between the business, IT and external suppliers
• ▹Handle and follow up incidents, problems, changes and improvement initiatives
• ▹Ensure that the needs of the business are captured and turned into relevant activities
• ▹Follow up deliveries, commitments and SLAs
• ▹Drive dialogue and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• ▹Contribute to structure, documentation, planning and follow-up
• ▹Identify and manage risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience as Service Manager, Service Delivery Manager, application manager, product owner, system owner or similar
• ▹Documented experience from banking or financial operations
• ▹Experience in responsibility for or management of business-critical IT systems and applications
• ▹Experience collaborating between the business, IT and external suppliers
• ▹Experience independently coordinating, prioritizing and following up activities within a service or maintenance area
• ▹Very good Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience of lending and credit processes in banking
• ▹Experience with systems for credit granting, loan management, credit assessment or credit administration
• ▹Experience of complex system environments with multiple integrations and dependencies
• ▹Experience in supplier management and SLA follow-up
• ▹Experience with ITIL or similar IT service management processes
• ▹Experience from organizations with high demands on security, compliance and continuity
