Senior AI Governance Specialist – Gothenburg

Responsibilities

• ▹Support the completion of the AI policy and related guidelines, clarifying roles, responsibilities and requirements
• ▹Link AI governance to existing governance documents in information security, data protection and digitalization
• ▹Lead or support the development of the organization's AI strategy, identifying priority areas of use and use cases
• ▹Develop principles for generative AI, AI agents, machine learning and decision support
• ▹Connect AI work to business goals, risks and benefits realization, and produce an overall roadmap
• ▹Develop proposals for an overall AI and cloud architecture
• ▹Define principles for handling data, models and AI services
• ▹Describe integration with existing systems and integration patterns
• ▹Formulate requirements for security, logging, monitoring and lifecycle management
• ▹Support the further development and implementation of the IT preparation (Beredning IT) process
• ▹Develop AI-driven support modules, templates, routines and instructions
• ▹Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer to the organization's internal resources

Requirements

• ▹Experience in strategic and operational management of complex IT initiatives
• ▹Ability to turn strategy into processes, roles, routines and decision support
• ▹Experience anchoring new ways of working and carrying out knowledge transfer
• ▹Overall technical understanding of cloud services, data, integrations and the AI lifecycle
• ▹Very good ability to write governance documents
• ▹Competence in AI architecture
• ▹Competence in cloud service principles
• ▹Experience in AI strategy development
• ▹Experience in business development
• ▹Experience in change management
• ▹Experience in process development related to IT preparation
• ▹Experience in strategic IT management
• ▹Competence in information security
• ▹Very good ability to lead meetings in Swedish
• ▹Swedish at native or equivalent very high level
