Lead UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Frame and steer the methodology and output of the design team
• ▹Be accountable for meeting deadlines and workload
• ▹Facilitate strategic workshops
• ▹Be accountable for delivery quality
• ▹Coach junior designers and give constructive feedback to help them grow
• ▹Exploration phase: field studies, user interviews, questionnaires, audit of the existing solution, helping the business define needs, personas, UX maps
• ▹Definition phase: product strategy, Impact Map, MVP definition, North Star Metric
• ▹Design phase: user flows and use cases, interface design (zoning, static or dynamic mockups), taking part in user-centered design workshops
• ▹Evaluation and follow-up phase: user tests, follow-up of development
• ▹Help develop SENSE Design Ops and run knowledge-transfer actions (leading missions, internal projects, training, lessons learned)
• ▹Take part in pre-sales phases, depending on interest

Requirements

• ▹At least 6 years of experience and mastery of the steps of the user-centered method
• ▹Figma
• ▹Knowledge of accessibility requirements in design
• ▹Workshop facilitation techniques
• ▹Command of English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in a similar role with operational management of UX/UI designers
