Responsibilities

• ▹Develop software solutions, especially with Python and Java, and actively contribute your own ideas
• ▹Independently integrate AI applications into existing systems in client projects
• ▹Analyze and continuously optimize demanding applications
• ▹Shape innovative applications together with your team
• ▹Advise clients as a competent contact person on equal footing and help shape projects
• ▹Develop AI-supported solution approaches and automations, critically assess their added value and limits, and derive concrete impulses to improve existing processes and establish new ones
• ▹Keep growing personally and professionally within your team

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in (business) (media) informatics or mathematics
• ▹At least 5 years of project experience in software development after graduation
• ▹Experience in web development with Java, Spring Boot and REST services
• ▹Practical experience in software development with Python
• ▹Clean code is more than a buzzword for you, and you take responsibility for the quality of your work
• ▹CI/CD experience and a record of successfully supporting various projects in this area
• ▹Active and reflective use of AI tools in your work, supporting the further development of digital processes and presenting insights from data, trends and use cases clearly for projects and teams
• ▹Very good German skills (C1 level or above) as well as English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React or Vue
• ▹Project experience in the public sector or financial services
