Responsibilities

• ▹Drive template adoption: challenge local business requirements and align users to the global SAP template rather than custom solutions
• ▹Quickly learn new sites (products, organization, processes, data, interfaces) before Fit-to-Template workshops
• ▹Manage data quality and migration: support data cleansing, mapping, validation and migration
• ▹Resolve cross-functional integration issues across multiple SAP streams and interfaces to ensure end-to-end process continuity
• ▹Support intensive testing cycles: execute functional testing and help key users identify, document and resolve defects during SIT and UAT
• ▹Support cutover and go-live: migration validation, issue resolution and Hypercare during critical deployment periods
• ▹Work daily with rollout teams, key users, core team experts and offshore resources across multiple countries and time zones
• ▹Rollouts typically last 6 to 12 months, with travel currently expected at up to 40%

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of SAP project experience in SAP EWM / WM / Stock Room Management
• ▹Experience with both S/4HANA embedded and decentralized warehouse scenarios on SAP EWM
• ▹Strong experience in inbound, outbound and internal warehouse processes
• ▹Hands-on experience with integration into mobile devices
• ▹Deep experience with integration to other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP and TM
• ▹Experience with integration with 3PL warehouse scenarios
• ▹Experience with at least 2 SAP S/4HANA rollouts, including conducting Fit-to-Template / explore phases
• ▹Experience with data migration concepts using standard SAP toolsets for Controlling master data and transaction objects
• ▹Good communication and assertiveness, as the consultant plays the role of Template Defender
• ▹Willingness to travel (minimum 50%, 10-12 weeks of travel over a 6-9 month rollout)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with MFS (Material Flow Systems) and warehouse automation scenarios
• ▹German
