Junior / Mid Software Tester with German

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze business and technical requirements and verify their testability
• ▹Design, execute and maintain test cases and test scenarios
• ▹Perform functional, integration, system, end-to-end and regression testing
• ▹Conduct exploratory testing to identify risks and unexpected behavior
• ▹Document test results, defects and quality risks
• ▹Retest fixes and track defects through resolution
• ▹Collaborate with developers, analysts and customers to ensure high-quality deliveries
• ▹Contribute to test process improvements in agile and hybrid project environments

Requirements

• ▹Junior level: basic knowledge of software testing through studies, training, internships or personal projects
• ▹Mid level: hands-on testing experience and ability to independently plan and execute tests
• ▹Understanding of testing methodologies and software development processes
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Ability to document defects and test results clearly
• ▹German (B2 minimum, C1 preferred) and English (B2 minimum) communication skills
• ▹Hybrid work, 2 days per week in the Wrocław office

Nice to have

• ▹ISTQB CTFL certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• ▹Experience with Jira/Xray or similar testing tools
• ▹Basic API testing knowledge (REST)
• ▹Basic SQL skills
• ▹Experience or interest in test automation (Playwright, Selenium)
• ▹Knowledge of Python or JavaScript
• ▹Understanding of CI/CD concepts
• ▹Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
