Software Engineer, Growth Platform - Backend

Responsibilities

• ▹Own features end-to-end, from idea through production
• ▹Build a single AI-native marketing platform across three brands, unifying customer data, intelligence and execution
• ▹Work across DoorDash, Wolt and Deliveroo teams
• ▹Treat agentic coding as a core engineering discipline: design workflows where AI agents handle entire task loops, from spec to PR
• ▹Build internal tooling and abstractions that make AI-assisted development faster and more reliable
• ▹Keep trying new models, agents and tools as they emerge

Requirements

• ▹Strong engineering fundamentals: built and shipped software at scale, testing, observability, reliability and maintainability
• ▹Genuine enthusiasm for AI-first development and daily use of AI tools
• ▹Ownership mentality: drive projects forward independently
• ▹Experience keeping real software running reliably in production (products, platforms, APIs, apps)
• ▹Writing tests and reading alerts
• ▹Experience with AI agents and agentic coding workflows
