HubSpot's Partner Systems & Automation team is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to build the automations, integrations and data pipelines behind the partner program. The role sits at the boundary between business operations and technical execution.

Responsibilities

▹Own complex, cross-functional automation and systems work across the Solutions Partner program
▹Identify inefficiencies and root causes in partner operations workflows, then design, build, test and ship solutions
▹Build and maintain integrations, automations and data pipelines with Workato and HubSpot CRM, using SQL and REST APIs
▹Prototype AI-assisted workflows and automation agents and iterate on real usage data
▹Scope work rigorously: define the problem, quantify the impact and propose a right-sized solution
▹Partner with Partner Operations, Partner Product, Engineering, Finance and Analytics stakeholders
▹Contribute to the team's technical standards and share learnings

Requirements

▹4+ years in a role where you built and shipped production systems (business systems analyst, automation engineer, internal tools engineer or similar)
▹SQL, REST APIs, Python and JSON as everyday tools
▹Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools (Workato, Zapier, Boomi or similar), building multi-step automations and integrations
▹Engineering hygiene for production systems: version control, incremental rollouts, basic testing
▹Shipped an AI-assisted feature or automation used by real users, or a strong production track record and genuine interest in applying AI
▹Comfort working in ambiguous environments where the stated problem is not always the real one
