Responsibilities

• ▹Develop new features for the continuing education platform
• ▹Optimise existing functionality
• ▹Ensure code quality through reviews and tests
• ▹Anchor clean code in daily development
• ▹Use AI-assisted development tools in development, reviews, testing, documentation and problem solving, assessing their results critically
• ▹Help shape architecture decisions, development processes and technical standards
• ▹Work in the Scrum team: dailies, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• ▹Share responsibility with the team for the smooth operation of the applications

Requirements

• ▹Relevant software development experience
• ▹Solid web development skills in PHP, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
• ▹Experience developing and maintaining MySQL databases
• ▹Confident application of SOLID, clean code and TDD
• ▹Understanding of the fundamentals of modern software architecture
• ▹Experience with AI-assisted and increasingly AI-native software development
• ▹Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• ▹Confident communication in the team and active knowledge sharing

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in continuously developing AI-assisted development workflows
