Senior AI Engineer (LLM & Speech)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, integrate and operate production-ready AI modules for the software products
• ▹Process language with large language models, transcription, semantic analysis and speech interfaces
• ▹Design and integrate embedding and retrieval approaches such as Retrieval Augmented Generation
• ▹Develop robust inference, evaluation and optimization logic
• ▹Build scalable AI/ML pipelines for training, evaluation and deployment
• ▹Combine classical machine learning and deep learning with modern architectures
• ▹Work closely with Product, Engineering and Architecture
• ▹Ensure quality, performance, stability and cost control of AI components based on usage, quality and performance metrics

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience as an AI engineer, ML engineer or in a comparable product-oriented role
• ▹Very good Python skills and confident handling of structured and unstructured data
• ▹Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning (training, optimization, modern architectures)
• ▹Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• ▹Proven experience engineering and operating production AI systems
• ▹ML Ops fundamentals: deployment, testing, CI/CD and monitoring in live operation
• ▹Confident use of Docker for developing and operating AI components

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Rust for scalable, high-performance systems
