Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Plan and conduct product discovery: interview creators, users, prospective customers and internal stakeholders to test assumptions with evidence
• ▹Synthesize conversations, usage signals and market research into problem statements, user journeys, opportunities and priorities
• ▹Partner with design and engineering to explore solutions, sketch flows and define MVPs
• ▹Translate decisions into design briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria and technical workflows
• ▹Work closely with engineering on dependencies, APIs, data flows, AI/media capabilities, privacy and reliability
• ▹Test releases with users, measure adoption and friction, and improve onboarding, engagement, monetization and retention

Requirements

• ▹Ideally 4-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2-3 years owning product discovery and delivery for a software product (ideally early-stage)
• ▹Technical fluency: discuss architecture and implementation with engineers, understand APIs and data flows, write precise requirements
• ▹Strong interviewing and synthesis skills
• ▹Good product judgment and a bias for simple solutions
• ▹Ability to collaborate across time zones and communicate clearly in English, in writing and live
• ▹Must be based in Poland
• ▹Dependable overlap with the US East Coast team

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with consumer social or community products, creator tools, media workflows, subscriptions/monetization, or AI-assisted products
